RATES:

$250 per night (2 night minimum)
$1,500 per week (7 nights)
$125 cleaning fee per visit
11.20% State & Lodging Tax

Holidays subject to change at owners discretion
3 night minimum stay required on holidays

Deposits:
50% deposit required to hold reservation.  Remainder due
30 days prior to occupancy.

Cancellations & Refunds:
If canceled 30 days before stay $50 processing fee.
Within 30 days of stay forfeit deposit.
Refunds will be mailed within 7 days.

11 person maximum on property.

DIRECTIONS TO BUTWINICK BUNGALOW:

Once you get to Duck Creek Village you will make a left if coming up Route 14
from I 15 at the first entrance, or a right if coming from Route 89 at the
second entrance.  This will put you on Movie Ranch, take this to the Y. 
At the Y make a right, go past the church, follow the road
around to the left.  Go up the hill and make a left on Buckskin Lane.
Take Buckskin to Forest Drive.  Take a left on Forest Drive.  The
cabin will be on the left hand side.
