Bunkhouse available with rental for an additional $25 per night (2 ppl)
$1,350.00 per week (7 nights)
$100 cleaning fee per visit
11.20% State and room tax
Holidays subject to change at owners discretion.
3 night minimum required on holidays.
3 night minimum required on Christmas.

Deposits:
50% deposit required to hold reservation. Remainder due
30 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If cancelled 30 days before stay $100 processing fee.
Within 30 days of stay forfeit deposit.
Refunds will be mailed within 7 days.
10 person maximum on this property.

Once you get to Duck Creek Village you will turn onto
Movie Ranch Road. Make a left if coming from Cedar
City and a right if coming from Highway 89.
Follow Movie Ranch Road to the Y - make a right at
the Y. Follow this around to Buckskin Lane. Take Buckskin
to Forest Dr. and make a right. The cabin is on the left hand side.
If you are staying at The Roundy Retreat please
print out this map and directions so you will have all the information
you will need once you arrive in Duck Creek Village.
