$175 per night (2 night minimum)
$1,050 per week (7 nights)
$75 cleaning fee per visit
11.20% State & Lodging Tax

Deposits:
50% deposit required to hold reservation.  Remainder due
30 days prior to occupancy.

Cancellations & Refunds:
If cancelled 30 days before stay $75 processing fee.
Within 30 days of stay forfeit deposit.
6 person maximum of this property.
Refunds will be mailed within 7 days.

DIRECTIONS TO McMAHON RETREAT:
Once you get to Duck Creek Village you will make a left if coming up Route 14
from I15, or a right if coming from Route 89.  When you turn into
Duck Creek Village at mile marker 30 continue straight on Movie
Ranch Road.  In summer months you can go up the cut (Spring Dr.), when
you get to Whispering Pines make a left and the cabin is on the right
hand side about 1 block.  In winter months go straight on Movie Ranch Road
and make a right at the Y.  Take Movie Ranch Road around to the
left until you get to Buckskin Lane.  Take Buckskin to Forest Drive and make
a right.  Take Forest Drive to Porcupine Drive and make a left.  Take Porcupine to
Whispering Pines and make a left.  Stay on Whispering Pines, the cabin is
on the left hand side.

may be required.
